When Extracting the Honey
Filter thru two layers of chiffon All 3 filled exactly the same — at exactly the middle of the glass ring below the cap. (Or above that) Clean the bottle and lid Switch out the caps just before turning in the bottles - no honey on the lids (as that takes away points) No labels - the fair will give you a label with a number
